Terms of Service

The service

NoGST provides tools to create business documents and track operational records. It is not an accounting firm, tax adviser, legal adviser, GST filing service or government portal.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of documents, whether you are required to register for GST, the taxes and deductions applicable to your work, your record retention and your compliance with law. Do not use NoGST to collect GST without valid registration or to create false or misleading documents.

Your account and data

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us the limited permission required to store, process and display it to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another user’s data, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic or use NoGST for fraud or unlawful activity.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, and temporary interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, NoGST is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, tax decisions or penalties resulting from inaccurate inputs or reliance on general information.

Changes and contact
